As a Sales Representative at Carma, you’ll be the go to guide for customers on their car-buying! You’ll be chatting with warm leads coming in through calls, emails, and live chat- no cold calling here. Your mission? Build real connections, get to the heart of what customers need, and make the whole process feel smooth, simple, and even fun.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own every conversation, turning leads into happy customers.
  • Ask the right questions to uncover needs, grab the key details, and build trust that sticks. Uncover what really matters by asking the right questions, locking in details, and earning trust fast.
  • Run your pipeline like a pro- stay on top of follow-ups and watch the wins roll in.
  • Tackle roadblocks head-on- we’ll give you the tools, you bring the confidence and skill to close.
  • Seal the deal, climb the leaderboard, and see your commission skyrocket!

  • You're a sales pro in action with 12+ months of experience, ideally smashing it in phone-based or high-volume environments.
  • Tech comes easy- you pick up new systems and processes in no time.
  • Targets? Bring them on- you don’t just meet goals, you love beating them.
  • Always leveling up- you’ve got a growth mindset, eager to learn, adapt, and take feedback like a champ.
  • Flexible and ready- you’re cool with a rotating roster and happy to jump in on weekends when needed.
  • You’re a people magnet- connecting, listening, and going the extra mile is second nature to you
