At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our team in Springfield, MA!
Working Hours – Monday – Friday 0800-1700, this can be flexible but needs to be agreed by manager.
Salary - $80,000-$100,000 dependant on experience.
Travel Requirements – North America Travel 50% to 60% of role to speak with customers and potential new clients.

The Role
As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for Leading strategic sales initiatives, driving business development efforts and fostering strong, high value client relationships to maximise profitability and support sustainable organisational growth. This role requires a strategic and analytical mindset as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and with external partners. By aligning sales strategies with broader business objectives, the role contributes significantly to achieving both short-term performance targets and long-term growth in a competitive and dynamic market landscape.
