Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1) AI-Driven Business Identification (“Signage Opportunity Mining”)

  • Use online sources of Signwave (e.g., Google Maps/Street View, review photos) to identify businesses with:
    • Faded, peeling, cracked, or broken signs
    • Outdated branding or inconsistent visual identity
    • Poor “findability” (unclear storefront signage/wayfinding)
  • Build targeted lists by region/industry aligned to SIGNWAVE’s local centre coverage.

2) Mockups & Visual Concepts (Marketing + Design)

  • Produce quick and compelling sign design mockups to support outreach, including:
    • Storefront sign refresh concepts (logo placement, materials look, colour suggestions)
    • Window graphics ideas
    • Simple wayfinding improvements (entrance signs, directional signs)
  • Create “before/after” visuals using photos from public sources (where appropriate) and SIGNWAVE-approved templates.
  • Keep mockups on-brand, realistic, and production-aware (e.g., readable typography, proper proportions).

3) Outreach & Appointment Setting (Multi-Channel)

  • Execute outbound campaigns to business owners/decision makers using:
    • Personalised email + LinkedIn messaging
    • Follow-up calls where appropriate
  • Lead with value: a short note + a tailored mockup + invitation for a quick discussion/quote.
  • Handle basic objections and qualify interest.
  • Book meetings for SIGNWAVE sales team and send appointment confirmations.

4) Qualification & Lead Handover

Qualify leads using agreed criteria:

  • Signage problem severity and urgency
  • Location/site visibility impact
  • Number of sites / multi-location potential
  • Budget indicators (where possible)
  • Decision-maker access and approval timeline
  • Required solutions (e.g., building sign, reception sign, vehicle graphics, wayfinding, digital signage)

5) CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain clean CRM records
    • Contact details, outreach steps, notes, meeting outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B lead generation / appointment setting / SDR
  • Strong spoken and written English (professional, consultative tone)
  • Confident with outbound calling + objection handling
  • Proficiency with CRM and pipeline hygiene
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail

AI & Digital (Required)

  • Generic understanding of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Copilot, Gemini) for:
    • Super impose images for the prospects/ leads
  • Familiarity with basic marketing/branding concepts (positioning, value props, tone, persona messaging)

Desirable

  • Experience selling/marketing services in:
    • signage/print, creative services, marketing services, construction services, facilities, or B2B solutions
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Understanding of visual communications categories like vehicle graphics, building signs, fitouts, wayfinding, digital signage.
