A successful candidate must be highly motivated, goal-driven, and motivated to go above and beyond for our customers. The Sales Manager will be expected to meet and exceed sales goals by gathering referrals, solicitation to references, and field marketing as directed by management. This is an entry level Sales position.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet/exceed sales goals.
  • Processing/Verification of order forms.
  • File maintenance.
  • Outbound dialing/field marketing efforts.
  • Running promotions.
  • Managing stock levels.
  • Reviewing all Sales Rental Orders for compliance and approval.
  • Analyzing sales figures.
  • Create goals and sales strategies.
  • Forecasting future sales.


Requirements

COMPETENCIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Previous experience in customer service, account executive, sales representative, and account manager.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strategic planning abilities.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: None.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to communicate clearly and concise while demonstrating active listening skills. Ability to speak professionally and effectively to potential customers.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as fractions, decimals, and percentages to calculate taxes and sales receipts.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.

COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of industry standard software.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving history.
  • Pass drug screen and background check.
  • Stand for long periods of time.
  • Lifting and exerting up to 50 lbs.
  • Prior experience as customer service, sales rep, or account representative and basic computer knowledge is critical to be successful in this opportunity.
  • Must be able to multi-task at a high level.
  • Must be able to prospect new customers through varies channels.
  • Must have a valid driver license and have a clean driving record.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, grasping with hands, and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift to 30 lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The duties of this position are performed in an office environment under temperature-controlled conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
