What you will be doing

This role is responsible for growing the business through implementing ongoing sales
activities that are focused on securing new business and increasing volume with
existing customers - Bunnings and Independent Hardware Stores.

  • Enhance sales and margin performance through business development strategies
    Optimize the use of CRM and call cycle management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis to inform strategic planning and identify
    potential business opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customer decision-makers through effective
    communication and collaboration.
  • Merchandising stores to ensure optimal product placement and positioning.

You’ll bring our brands to life including store relays and new setups across a territory with regional fortnightly overnight travel.

About you

We are seeking a vibrant, energetic, and optimistic individual to join our sales
team in New South Wales. The ideal candidate will be based in the MacArthur Area, while our warehouse is situated in Minto.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Enthusiastic about sales and business development.
  • Driven by motivation to achieve targets with a strong work ethic.
  • Confident in effectively showcasing and promoting our products.
  • Open to learning and hands on involvement in tasks.
  • Possesses strong negotiation skills, influencing positive outcomes.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in time management, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively in a team.
  • Able to travel over night to a regional area fortnightly.
  • Able to handle heavy lifting and holds a valid C Class driver's license.
  • Previous experience in Bunnings or hardware stores is desirable but not essential
