
We are a growing tobacco company seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative with proven success in the C-Store (convenience store) channel.
We specialize in premium roll-your-own tobacco products and smokers’ accessories. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building brand recognition, and establishing long-term retail partnerships across the Tri-County Florida territory. The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of verified revenue generation in the convenience store universe, with a strong preference given to candidates with tobacco sales experience. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role requiring a hunter mentality and consistent in-person client engagement.
●Develop and manage a client base within the Tri-County territory (Miami-Dade, Broward,
Palm Beach).
● Prospect, pitch, and close new convenience store accounts.
● Execute product placements, negotiate shelf space, and implement merchandising
strategies.
● Maintain strong retailer relationships and provide ongoing account support.
● Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
● Provide market intelligence and competitive insights from the field.
● Coordinate promotional initiatives and ensure compliance with company and regulatory
standards.
● 2–3 years of proven revenue generation in the C-Store channel (required).
● Direct outside sales experience (required).
● Clear, documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
● Strong preference for candidates with tobacco sales experience.
● Secondary consideration for candidates with candy or beverage sales background.
● Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel daily within assigned territory.
● Self-starter with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Base Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 (commensurate with experience)
● Tiered Commission Structure: Uncapped earning potential based on performance
● Gas Stipend: $300 – $350 per month (flat rate)
