Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Kitchen Designer / Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is an in-home sales role where you’ll meet directly with customers in their homes to design functional and beautiful kitchen spaces that reflect their style and needs.

This position is fully commission-based with training provided. You’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, while enjoying the support of a locally owned and operated business that values teamwork and growth.

Compensation: $50,000–$100,000+ annually, based on performance metrics and sales results.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through personal contacts, referrals, and social media.
• Qualify each prospect’s wants and needs into a clear sales plan.
• Visit clients’ homes to measure spaces, take photos, and gather necessary project information.
• Prepare cabinet layouts, drawings, and proposals using 20/20 Design or similar software.
• Present design concepts and proposals to customers, making revisions as needed.
• Close sales and collect client payments.
• Build lasting relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and confident when working directly with homeowners.
• Comfortable managing your own schedule and sales pipeline.
• Professional demeanor suitable for in-home consultations.
