Air Liquide Romania has been present in the domestic market since 1999, and is a nationally recognized gas producer and supplier of technologies, services and gases for the food and beverage industry, large industries, the automotive industry, healthcare and the environment. Air Liquide Romania has a team of nearly 80 employees serving industrial customers.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Overall, to increase sales, margin (C2P contribution to profit), customer satisfaction over an assigned geographical district, contributing to the commercial plan defined locally and by the affiliate, in collaboration with colleagues in sales, network, marketing, customer care, supply chain.
Main Accountabilities:
1. Organize and pilot the commercial plan of actions on the district
To analyze the market of the district, considering the trends, the competition (loss)
To elaborate a yearly action plan in link aligned with the affiliates Marketing, Pricing and Sales roadmaps and considering the local market characteristics
Identify the customers and prospects in the district to implement the plan. To score the potential of the customers and prospects.
Maintain the customer data with discipline and accuracy, by systematic and timely CRM-input
Proactively interface and maintain good communication and collaboration with the colleagues in sales, marketing, to define the best approach and satisfaction of customers.
2. Manage the portfolio of existing customers and expand existing business
To visit or call regularly customers to maintain and develop customer intimacy and trust;
To ensure a proper contact-coverage of the customers per segments and commercial plan
To act against erosion (churn)
To review the existing contract-base and price levels, and take necessary corrective actions
To implement price-campaigns in an organized manner
To renew contracts
To support price action plans
To contribute to reduce overdues
3. Develop AL market share in the sales district
Identify new opportunities or leverage digital/inside sales opportunities
Realize Efficient visits
To pursue business targets
To apply the deployment marketing plan, namely for campaigns
To roll out the Catalog offers
To capture any opportunity in the district, within the commercial plan by proactive detection of opportunities
To emit offers though the internal review process, to decision-makers at the customers.
To negotiate and sign standard contracts and ensure their input in the systems in line with commercial policy
4. Training
To develop a high level industry sector, customer gas application and process, competitive and technical knowledge
To attend training to remain current on Product knowledge, sales skills and tools performance levers
To enhance those skills by self-study, coaching sessions with management on the job
5. Issue resolution
To identify the items of dissatisfaction of customers and monitor their resolution, with the support of customer care, logistics.
To act directly with the customer for the resolution of commercial claims
Are you a MATCH?
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
2. 3+ years of commercial experience in B2B and selling in industrial field
3. Language: English and Hungarian is a plus
