Sales Representative NCH

Field-based – Midlands, UK

Are you a driven, ambitious sales professional ready to build something bigger than just a territory?

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a 95% field-based role. You’ll be out meeting customers, building relationships, and growing your territory.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer visits and calls
  • Developing new business through scouting, networking, cold and warm prospecting
  • Presenting and demonstrating our premium-quality maintenance products (degreasers, corrosion solutions, parts cleaning systems, and more)
  • Building long-term customer relationships based on value, not price
  • Using Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline and activity
  • Growing your territory in England, Midlands
  • Working independently while being supported by technical and sales teams

You’ll follow NCH’s proven sales methodology and quickly become confident in consultative, value-based selling.

Who We’re Looking For

Experience in sales is a plus - but mindset is everything.

You might be perfect for this role if you:

  • Have sales or customer-facing experienc
  • Are highly motivated and results-driven
  • Enjoy being on the road and meeting customers daily
  • Are organized and disciplined with your time
  • Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Are confident using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Speak fluent English
  • Hold a valid driving license
  • Are ambitious and want to grow into leadership

  • Recruit and coach new Sales Representatives
  • Mentor and support them through their first year
  • Analyse performance data to guide development
