Position Overview
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will work as part of a two-person sales team alongside an Inside Account Coordinator. This role is responsible for growing existing accounts, developing new business, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients
- Strategically prospect and target businesses that align with Prisma’s ideal customer profile
- Conduct daily outbound calls and in-person customer meetings (as conditions allow)
- Promote and sell Prisma’s products and services within your assigned territory
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with both new and repeat customers
- Educate clients on how Prisma’s solutions deliver financial and professional value
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support brand growth and visibility
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and successful delivery of solutions
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
- Forecast sales activity and track key account metrics
- Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals; regularly present to clients using computer-based tools
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
- Actively participate in sales meetings, networking events, seminars, and trade shows

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of outside sales experience in the Sign, Label, Printing, or Ad Specialty industry
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve goals
- Proven experience in account management or related roles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-suite
- Demonstrated success delivering client-focused solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
