Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships across the Slovak market. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with consultative selling skills, acting as a trusted advisor to customers while consistently achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional revenue goals

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or accounts

  • Build long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

  • Conduct client needs assessments and deliver tailored solutions

  • Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management

Requirements

  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in a senior or consultative role

  • Strong understanding of the Slovak market and local business environment

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Fluency in Slovak and English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Willingness to travel within Slovakia as needed
