Job Description

R|O|C Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to support clinic growth in the West Valley / Peoria area This role focuses on building referral relationships, increasing patient evaluations, and representing our services throughout the local community.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and community referral sources
• Promote R|O|C Physical Therapy services through in-person outreach and networking
• Travel locally within the assigned territory to meet referral partners and attend events
• Represent the company at meetings, community events, and outreach activities
• Meet or exceed monthly evaluation and referral goals
• Track and report sales activity, referrals, and market insights
• Support new clinic openings through promotional and local outreach efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive patient experience

• Sales or healthcare-related experience preferred

Commission

• Performance-based commission with earning potential exceeding base salary (details provided in offer letter)

Requirements

• Ability to travel locally as required
• Demonstrated sales experience, preferably within healthcare or other service-based industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
