We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and building long-lasting customer relationships. You will represent our company’s products and services, helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
Collaborate with team members to improve strategies and close deals.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results orientation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
Fluent Czech and good level of English language (B2/C1)
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
