Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation Actively seek out new clients through networking, cold calling, door-to-door sales, and other innovative strategies.
• Sales Presentations Showcase our painting services and highlight the benefits to potential clients.
• Client Relationship Building Establish and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Accurate Quoting & Proposals Provide precise quotes and proposals that clearly outline the project scope and cost.
• Closing Deals Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing, achieving and exceeding sales targets within your territory.
• Collaboration Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies and grow our client base.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales; experience in the painting or home improvement industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive in driving sales efforts.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of job-related work experience, preferably in sales.
• College degree preferred, but not required.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
