Your new role

As a Sales Representative, you will be representing the organization and promoting our products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and public institutions. Furthermore, you will be developing and implementing sales strategies to reach potential customers and manage existing customer relationships.

Your main accountabilities will be:

  • Drive sales activities by visiting customers, understanding their needs, recommending appropriate products and services, and closing sales orders.
  • Identify and research potential customers, cultivate strong relationships, and generate both new and repeat business.
  • Coordinate the order process across pharmacies, warehouses, and distributors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Engage in local conferences and events to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
  • Report customer complaints and adverse events promptly, following Novo Nordisk procedures.

Your new department

The Sales Representative role is part of our sales team in Jordan. Our department is responsible for promoting and selling our healthcare products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and public institutions. We work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best solutions. Join our team and contribute to our mission of defeating serious chronic diseases.

Your skills & qualifications

The ideal Sales Representative will demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a proactive and innovative mindset. They will be a collaborative team player, self-motivated, results-driven, and highly effective in managing their time and priorities.

To be successful in this role:

  • A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy is required.
  • Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in cardiology, diabetology, and gynaecology will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • A valid driving license is required.
