核心职责

客户关系维护与拓展

• 负责指定区域内酒店客户的日常对接，提供专业的卫生清洁用品咨询与售后服务，定期拜访客户并开展客情维护活动，提升客户满意度与忠诚度
• 挖掘酒店客户的潜在需求，结合公司产品（清洁剂、消毒用品、清洁工具/设备等）制定个性化解决方案，推动新业务合作与订单增长

客户事务全流程管理

• 全程跟踪客户订单的洽谈、合同签订、发货协调及款项回收等环节，确保交易流程顺畅，及时响应并解决客户在产品使用、售后等方面的问题。
• 建立客户档案并动态更新，记录客户反馈、采购偏好及合作历史，为后续服务与销售策略提供数据支持

市场与销售动态跟进

• 密切关注管辖区域内酒店行业的卫生清洁需求变化、竞品动态，定期反馈市场信息，协助团队优化销售策略
• 参与制定酒店渠道的销售计划，达成个人及团队的销售指标，推动公司卫生清洁用品在酒店场景的渗透率提升

任职要求

学历背景：大专及以上学历，市场营销、酒店管理、化工相关专业优先 经验要求：具备 1-3 年酒店、餐饮等服务业渠道销售经验者优先，有卫生清洁用品、快消品销售经验者更佳 能力素质：

• 具备良好的沟通表达与谈判能力
• 工作踏实认真，有较强的抗压能力与执行力，能适应频繁出差

其他要求：认同公司产品理念，了解酒店行业的卫生标准与清洁流程者优先
