The platform serves universities and students by providing intelligence tools and AI-powered solutions that improve student recruitment and the college application experience. The company is scaling rapidly across U.S. higher education and is actively building their sales team to drive university partnerships.

✍ Short Description:

The B2B Sales Representative role is focused on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation in the U.S. higher education market. You will cold call university decision-makers (Directors and VPs of Admissions, Enrollment, and Student Recruitment), qualify opportunities, maintain persistent multi-touch follow-up via phone and email, and work toward weekly conversion benchmarks. You'll be hands-on with HubSpot for pipeline management and will collaborate with leadership in bi-weekly GTM strategy sessions to provide market feedback and refine sales approach.

🌎 Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)

🗣 Language Requirements: Professional English (C1+) — you'll be cold calling U.S. university leaders, so clarity, confidence, and professionalism on the phone are non-negotiable.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound prospecting: identify target universities, build prospect lists, conduct cold calls to senior stakeholders (Directors/VPs), and qualify opportunities.
• Generate and advance pipeline: conduct discovery conversations, assess fit, schedule follow-up meetings, and track opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Maintain activity and conversion benchmarks: hit weekly targets for calls, emails, and qualified opportunities.
• Manage HubSpot daily: log all activities, maintain contact and account records, track pipeline, schedule follow-ups, and report pipeline metrics.
• Execute persistent follow-up: design and execute multi-touch outreach sequences (phone + email) to move stalled opportunities forward without being overly aggressive.
• Contribute to GTM strategy: attend bi-weekly leadership meetings to provide feedback on messaging, objections, market signals, and suggest tactical refinements to outreach approach.
• Own accountability: track and report pipeline generated, conversion rates, and activity metrics weekly.

💡 Qualifications:

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience selling into U.S. higher education, EdTech, or education services — this is non-negotiable.
• Proven cold calling and outbound prospecting skills; demonstrated experience selling to senior stakeholders (Directors/VPs/C-suite).
• Hands-on HubSpot proficiency: daily usage for contact management, lead tracking, and pipeline management.
• Professional English; comfortable speaking confidently with senior decision-makers on the phone.
• Resilient and comfortable with rejection; willing to iterate, learn, and move quickly.
• Goal-oriented and metric-driven; able to own sales targets and track performance.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments; comfortable with ambiguity and self-direction.
• Ability to articulate your outbound prospecting process: who you target → how you build lists → how you reach them → your conversion approach.
