A growing restoration company is seeking a driven Sales Rep with an existing industry network to generate new business. This role is relationship-based and focused on developing referral sources within the insurance and restoration ecosystem.
Responsibilities Include:
Generate new business through existing industry relationships
Build and maintain referral partnerships
Act as a trusted point of contact for partners and clients
Develop long-term relationships within the restoration ecosystem
Represent the company professionally in the field
Track leads and follow through on opportunities
Ideal Qualifications:
Existing relationships with insurance companies, public adjusters, property managers, nursing homes, or related partners
Strong understanding of the restoration and claims process
Self-motivated and relationship-driven
Comfortable working in a commission-based role
Strong communication and follow-through
Hungry to grow alongside a growing company
