KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, cross-selling JN Group products and services.
• 
  Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase wallet share and customer satisfaction.
• 
  Lead presentations and promotional activities to drive deposits, lending, mortgages, and foreign currency transactions.
• 
  Identify market opportunities, negotiate agreements, and close sales to expand our portfolio.
• 
  Effectively and efficiently execute initiatives conceptualized and driven by the Sales Management Unit.
• 
  Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to develop innovative sales strategies.
• 
  Proactively meet with customers to assess their financial needs, providing tailored products and service recommendations.
• 
  Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure customers receive specialized financial solutions from JN Bank experts.
• 
  Drive the development and execution of sales plans, including business development initiatives, to meet assigned branch targets.
• 
  Oversee the performance of the sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and remedial actions to ensure continuous high performance.
• 
  Review customer and prospect profiles during interactions, updating records and identifying new business opportunities.
• 
  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies in all sales activities.
• 
  Lead initiatives to enhance the quality of credit and mortgage underwriting, ensuring robust risk management practices.
• 
  Convene and conduct regular sales meetings and huddles to communicate performance updates, new developments, and directives.
• 
  Monitor customer satisfaction survey results and implement action plans to address concerns and improve service levels.
• 
  Manage high-value client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and maximize revenue potential.
• 
  Utilize Salesforce for lead generation, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.
• 
  Support strategic planning and ensure alignment with the overall objectives of JN Bank.
