Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Recruiter to Join our team.  We currently have both full and part time positions available.  This is a recruiting position that will focus on filling open sales, marketing, and management positions within our existing client base.
Responsibilities:

• Identify and utilize sourcing tools and resources to recruit qualified sales candidates, including LinkedIn, job websites, professional networks and referrals.  
• Consult and partner with managers on the recruitment process, strategy, and expectations.
• Screen and present most qualified candidates to hiring manager.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 0 to 4 years of  agency recruitment or staffing experience preferred
• sales experience a plus
• Experienced user of LinkedIn, job boards, and sourcing tools
• Ability to partner with customers and meet customer needs
• Excellent rapport building and communication skills
• Resourceful and results-driven
• Strong organizational  skills
