Wage Information

$51,400.00 - $77,100.00

Job Purpose

PPO (Post Produciton Option) is a critical new business for Honda in providing quality accessory options to customers which improves customer offerings and generates increased profit for American Honda and Dealers.

This position is instrumental in ensuring customers receive quality PPO installed accessories by leading Quality strategy, assurance and execution, by driving accountability and promoting a Quality mindset, through collaboration and mentorship to achieve worldwide customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

  • Primarily responsible for quality assurance Inspections to ensure the vehicle meets specifications necessary for customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for taking appropriate measures to always maintain stable quality in the operations
  • Promote sound process design methods using the tools defined
  • Evaluate and support the development of department Quality improvement activities, Quality System improvements activities to achieve key Quality indicators.
  • Evaluate operation/supplier product output, in an environment of constant change

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Minimum Educational Qualifications

  • Related job experience in Quality Assurance

Minimum Experience

  • 3-5 years of manufacturing, quality or relevant experience

Other Job-Specific Skills

  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication skill, both verbal and written
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to promote and mentor strong quality culture/mindset
  • Ability to evaluate achievement to exceed customer expectations

Working Conditions

  • Ability to travel, both domestic and international.
  • Weekend and Holiday work may be required.
  • Moderate lifting may be required.
  • Independent, reliable worker that can make appropriate decisions toward problem solving.
  • Ability to inspect based on Quality Specifications to ensure high quality for customers
