As a Sales & Promotions Specialist, you will:

  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend the best AT&T products and services tailored to them.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Actively participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with AT&T’s full product line, pricing, and ongoing promotions to ensure accurate recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, customer-first sales environment.
  • Accurately process sales transactions while maintaining detailed customer records.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

  • Aptitude for learning and applying sales techniques
