Main responsibilities

• Manage sub-dealers across Chumphon and Surat Thani to meet sales targets, conducting regular visits to drive sales performance.
• Responsible for executing campaigns and generating reports for sales involving dealers, sub-dealers, and farmers, as well as reports for promoters regarding sub-dealers and farmers.
• Develop an effective network comprising dealers, sub-dealers, and key farmers.
• Field activities and demand creation in area, support and response document to Senior Promoter in area.
• Support to achieve teamwork and team spirit within business unit.
• Strengthen relationships with sub-dealer and key farmers.
• Respond to company requirement and system.
• Prepare and submit market information reports to the Senior Executive, Sales Executive, Area Sales Manager, or Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of field experience within the agricultural or seed industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both Thai and English communication.
• Strong field execution skills and a commitment to outdoor work.
• Ownership of a personal vehicle and a valid driving licence.
