Job Description

  • BTL activities planning and execution.
  • Achieve KPIs and set targets for BTL activities.
  • Field Audits and Back-checking of activation programs.
  • Hiring of quality resources for BTL projects.
  • Vendor evaluation based on their work and their on-ground capabilities.
  • Invoice Audit after completion of projects.
  • Daily and weekly monitoring and tracking of project performance.
  • Zone and town-wise analysis of projects.
  • Liaison with the sales team for the area JC planning.
  • Competition activity reporting.

Experience & Qualification:

  • Must be a graduate.
  • 2 years of BTL experience in any reputable FMCG (Nestle, PepsiCo, Marksman, BAT, Resource Linked, Smollan).
  • Good in MS Office for analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Communicate effectively.
  • Customer Negotiation.
