Job Description
BTL activities planning and execution.
Achieve KPIs and set targets for BTL activities.
Field Audits and Back-checking of activation programs.
Hiring of quality resources for BTL projects.
Vendor evaluation based on their work and their on-ground capabilities.
Invoice Audit after completion of projects.
Daily and weekly monitoring and tracking of project performance.
Zone and town-wise analysis of projects.
Liaison with the sales team for the area JC planning.
Competition activity reporting.
Experience & Qualification:
Must be a graduate.
2 years of BTL experience in any reputable FMCG (Nestle, PepsiCo, Marksman, BAT, Resource Linked, Smollan).
Good in MS Office for analysis and reporting.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Communicate effectively.
Customer Negotiation.
