We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Project Support Specialist to join our team in Hungary

Sales & Project Support Specialist support the successful execution of customer projects from quotation through to cash collection. In this role, you will work closely with multiple internal teams and customers to ensure accurate order management, smooth project coordination, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination (Quotation | Order Management | Delivery)

• Coordinate and contribute to end-to-end project activities, from quotation through to delivery
• Create and maintain project orders, monitor progress across phases, and support issue resolution
• Facilitate communication between internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare offers for products and services in line with company guidelines
• Configure products based on customer specifications, ensuring accurate technical and product details
• Process the order entry via configuration tool or SAP
• Process and track rework, reassignment, and replacement orders when required

• Handle customer modifications and special requests during quotation and order creation

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collect and validate information from multiple departments (Sales, purchasing team, Planning and Procurement team, non-conformity team, Logistics team, Invoicing team) to ensure accuracy and completeness

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and complete documentation for quotations and orders
• Ensure documentation is organized and accessible for future reference
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis when required

Who We’re Looking For

• Fluent English (written and spoken) + at least B1 German skills to read & write
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Active written and verbal communication with Sales team on Teams
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet analysis and reporting a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel and in SAP
