What is Being Offered:

  • Year one total compensation $150K+
  • 401K with match & PTO

What The Position is About:

  • Achieve or exceed sales goals by attending preset, qualified in-home consultations with homeowners in the territory
  • Self-generate leads, especially during the slow seasons
  • Transition into project management after the sale
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales
  • Commit to continuous learning knowledge of the company’s products and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven in-home window and door sales experience
  • Experience building a sales team is preferred
