POSITION: Sales Program Coordinator
LOCATION: Chilliwack, British Columbia
TYPE: Full-Time
PAY: $55,000–$65,000 per year

About the Opportunity
Rainbow Greenhouses is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Sales team by organizing, executing, and communicating the details of assigned customer programs. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales and internal departments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all program requirements. The Program Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the sales plan and delivering high-impact customer service aligned with the Account Manager’s direction.
 
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
 
Deliver Ongoing, High-Impact Account Support for Assigned Customer(s)
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business to design and deliver tailored, value-driven programs
  • Analyze sales performance and support marketing initiatives for both internal and customer-facing promotions
  • Partner across all business functions to ensure seamless execution and operational excellence
Account Administration
  • Document processes and maintain sales department records
  • Maintain internal electronic database structure and organization
  • Process customer orders accurately and on time using software tools
  • Understand customer-specific processes and tools
  • Resolve customer and order discrepancies
  • Create, proofread, and edit correspondence, invoices, presentations, reports, and other materials
  • Ensure catalogue data integrity including correct pricing, discounts, and product information
Customer Communication & Coordination
  • Prepare and distribute reports as required
  • Ensure accurate data and item setup in customer systems
  • Share information with head office and stores when directed
Problem Solving & Process Support
  • Troubleshoot order and reporting issues and recommend fixes
  • Independently triage internal and external requests, escalating when needed
  • Diagnose issues and drive timely resolutions within scope
Liaison Between Sales and Internal Departments
  • Build playbooks, presentations, and program materials
  • Communicate plans effectively across all Rainbow teams
  • Take proactive ownership of program execution
  • Prepare for and participate in weekly meetings
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Word
  • Excellent data entry skills (compiling, transcribing, reviewing)
  • Strong analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid organizational abilities, including multitasking and time-management
