About the Opportunity

This is not your typical sales gig. You will be empowered to bring your best work to a culture built on positive thinking, maturity, and team success. Your primary focus will be on converting a steady stream of warm, pre-qualified inbound leads.

• Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities through inbound and outbound activity, referrals, and strategic lead engagement.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their general areas of interest and provide information on available property opportunities and current market conditions.
• Present and position property opportunities, including outlining key features, risks, and general investment characteristics.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients throughout the sales process.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets (and be handsomely rewarded for it!).
• Uphold the best practices and standards that define our exceptional company culture.

About You

You have demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (property, finance, or similar industry preferred). You know how to connect with people authentically and can ethically and elegantly support clients through a major decision-making process.

You are someone who:

• Has a proven track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets.
• Has experience working in a target-driven, performance-based environment.
• Is a lifelong learner, never a finished product, and genuinely enjoys personal and professional growth.
• Is self-motivated, with clear personal goals that drive you to succeed.
• Thrives in a high-performance environment surrounded by other top professionals.
• Possesses outstanding sales acumen, including qualification, presentation, and objection handling.
• Is a proactive and charismatic self-starter with the ambition to excel.

To be successful, you will have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
• Demonstrable results of reaching and exceeding KPIs over the phone or face-to-face.
• The ability to develop and manage an end-to-end sales pipeline.

Training in sales methodology, negotiation, or commercial strategy.

• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (QLD) and registration as a Salesperson with the Office of Fair Trading (highly advantageous).
