Sales Processes & Tools Architect (M-W-D) im Bereich M3-COM

Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie

• Globale Betreuung der vertriebsrelevanten Prozesse in unserem M3 ERP-System
• Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Einführung von Vertriebsprozessen zur Beseitigung von Engpässen und Steigerung der Effizenz
• Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Vertriebsprozessen im M3 Umfeld
• Beurteilung von M3 System- und Prozessanforderungen in Bezug auf Durchführbarkeit und Nutzen für P+F
• Unterstützung und Ansprechpartner für Support- und Projektanfragen der regionalen Sales Operations Teams
• 3rd Level Support und projektbezogene Tätigkeiten
• Globale, regionale und funktionsübergreifende Projekte
• Durchführung von Trainings für die regionalen Sales Operations Teams, sowie Erstellung und Pflege von globalen Schulungsunterlagen
• Weltweite sowie interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit

Diese Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung, abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Unternehmen
• Sehr gute M3 Kenntnisse
• Prozess- und Datenverständnis, sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
• Sehr gute Excel-, Access-, System- und Datenkenntnisse
• Abstraktionsvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit Businessanforderungen in einen Prozess zu übersetzen
• Hohe Auffassungsgabe sowie die Durchdringung komplexer Sachverhalte
• Lösungsorientierung sowie eine zielgerichtete, engagierte Arbeitsweise
• Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie die Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation
• Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Belastbarkeit
• Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
