Responsibilities:

• Conduct top management reporting on sales performance, including SI/SO sales and customer stock.
• Monitor and report on Sales Team performance metrics and KPIs monthly.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify improvement opportunities and adjustments to the product lineup.
• Prepare promotions to strategically push key SKUs in various markets.
• Manage sell-in price analyses, including template preparation, system updates, and audit documentation.
• Perform periodic reviews of SI/ST/SO pricing to ensure alignment with company targets and strategy.
• Analyze competitor price benchmarks to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Build, maintain, and leverage dashboards to present clear insights to internal stakeholders, including the Sales Team and Top Management.
• Translate data into actionable business insights to support decision-making.
• Assist or lead process and system developments to enhance efficiencies and drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Business/Computing related discipline with 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data analysis, database construction, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly structured, problem-solving mindset with the ability to execute tasks independently.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Innovative thinker with a focus on improving processes and efficiencies.
