We're looking for a Sales & Pricing Analyst to join our team in Brampton, ON.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations, providing the analytical insight that drives pricing strategy, sales performance, and business profitability. The Sales & Pricing Analyst will play a key role in evaluating pricing opportunities, supporting complex commercial decisions, and delivering meaningful reporting that helps guide strategic business initiatives.

Working closely with Sales leadership, Finance, Product Management, and Customer-Facing teams, you'll transform market data, sales trends, and margin analysis into actionable recommendations that support revenue growth and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, naturally curious, and passionate about leveraging data, technology, and business intelligence tools to solve complex challenges and improve decision-making across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL BUILD & OWN

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve pricing models, discount frameworks, and margin analysis tools.
  • Analyze historical sales performance, win/loss trends, customer behaviour, and competitive positioning to support pricing recommendations.
  • Partner with Sales teams to evaluate deal economics and provide pricing guidance for strategic opportunities.
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reporting, quota attainment tracking, and pricing variance analysis.
  • Ensure sales statistics are accurately coded and maintained for reporting purposes, including branch transfers and annual sales territory realignments.
  • Maintain sales personnel records, reporting structures, and systems access across the organization.
  • Build dashboards and self-service reporting solutions using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with Finance on pricing reviews, profitability analysis, and cost-of-change initiatives.
  • Support new product pricing strategies, annual price increase programs, and discount governance initiatives.
  • Prepare and distribute recurring and ad-hoc sales reports for leadership and field sales teams.
  • Process monthly Ship & Debit claims across designated distributor accounts.
  • Present analytical findings and business recommendations to leadership in a clear, actionable format.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through automation, AI-enabled workflows, and enhanced reporting capabilities.
  • Assist with special projects and strategic business initiatives as assigned.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of pricing and sales analytics best practices.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing analysis, sales operations, financial analysis, business analytics, or a related function.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, financial modeling, data analysis, and complex formulas.
  • Experience working with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
  • Experience translating complex datasets into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and maintaining high levels of data accuracy.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

  • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, construction, or distribution environment.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategy principles including margin analysis, value-based pricing, competitive benchmarking, and price optimization.
  • SQL knowledge and experience working with large databases.
  • Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems.
  • Familiarity with pricing software platforms such as PROS, Vendavo, Zilliant, or Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
  • Exposure to forecasting, predictive analytics, or statistical modeling techniques.
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, or advanced analytics tools to improve business processes and reporting efficiency.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience supporting executive-level decision-making.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for process optimization and business performance.

COMPENSATION

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experience.
