This 9 week part-time placement is open to students in the BCIT Professional Sales Diploma who must undertake a work experience (practicum) in their final term as a requirement of graduation.

The Sales Team first and foremost is a team that prioritizes our customers’ needs. Our focus isn't about closing, it's about helping. You'll assist in building and maintaining relationships with leads and customers, and help them understand how our FME Platform can benefit them, without relying on high-pressure sales tactics. We focus on the overall customer experience and we believe in our software, and let the results speak for themselves.
In this practicum you will have the opportunity to help with data enrichment in our CRM, conduct assessments on industry gaps, complete testing on new outreach methods and learn what it looks like to build a sales pipeline from start to finish. You will also focus on objection handling, lead management, conversational skills and sales technology stack. You will come out of this practicum with hands-on experience in sales and learn how to effectively communicate & engage with customers.
