Sales-Service & PartsVermeer All Roads/ Annapolis Junction, MDIf you have experience with directional drills, parts, and construction equipment, we want to talk to you! Vermeer All Roads in Annapolis Junction, MD is searching for a Construction Equipment Parts & Sales Rep (CSR) to cover Maryland and Delaware. Bring your go-getter attitude to sell Vermeer products and solutions, assist customer needs, deliver correct solutions, and resolve any issues. This sales role requires lead generation & follow-up, customer network development, coordination of product demonstrations, and accurate customer documentation. Schedule & Compensation

• Base salary plus commission to $85k+ (based on experience)
• Monday - Friday full time hours
• Travel required daily to customer locations in Maryland & Delaware

Responsibilities

1. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Utilize parts and equipment knowledge to educate customers and provide the appropriate solution.
3. Identify and qualify leads/potential customers in person, on the telephone and by emails.
4. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
5. Promote parts/product line, extended warranties, and service contracts.
6. Work with management to develop plans to increase sales.
7. All other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

1. High School Diploma or GED required
2. At least 2 years of sales experience in a related field
3. Prior equipment experience (parts, drills or heavy equipment)
4. Valid driver’s license and insurable by our carrier
5. Positive attitude, sales driven mindset
6. Excellent customer service skills
7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
