Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing eyewear company seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Sales & Partnerships Coordinator to support business growth through partnership development, social media outreach, market research, and sales support activities.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for social media, relationship building, and business development.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and supporting initiatives that increase brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Outreach


  • Research potential partners, creators, influencers, and business opportunities.

  • Conduct outreach through email, social media, direct messaging, and other communication channels.

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing partners.

  • Assist in developing partnership opportunities that support business growth.

Sales Support


  • Support sales initiatives through prospecting and lead generation activities.

  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately.

  • Track outreach activity and partnership engagement.

  • Assist with follow-up communication and relationship management.

Social Media & Market Research


  • Monitor social media platforms and identify engagement opportunities.

  • Research competitor activity, market trends, and emerging opportunities.

  • Assist with identifying creators, communities, and channels that align with the brand.

  • Provide market insights and recommendations.

Administrative Support


  • Maintain organized records of outreach, partnerships, and activities.

  • Prepare reports on partnership and sales activities.

  • Assist with coordination of campaigns, promotions, and partnership initiatives.

Requirements


  • Previous experience in sales, business development, customer success, account management, recruitment, marketing, or a similar client-facing role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent relationship-building abilities.

  • Comfortable using social media platforms professionally.

  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with common business software.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Preferred Experience


  • Experience with social media marketing or influencer outreach.

  • Experience within e-commerce, retail, fashion, or consumer products.

  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, or similar platforms.

  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
