Salary Range: $650,000.00 - $750,000.00 Salary/yearJoin our team at Carroll Lutheran Village! We are looking for a motivated, relationship‑driven Sales Outreach Coordinator to join our team and support occupancy and revenue growth within our assisted living and memory care community. In this role, you will guide families through one of the most important decisions they will ever make while helping prospective residents find the right level of support and care.

What You will Do as a CLV Sales Outreach Coordinator:
- Drive occupancy and revenue growth for assisted living and memory care through lead generation, tours, needs assessments, pricing presentations, follow-up, and move-ins.
- Build and sustain referral partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations through structured outreach, events, and educational in-services.
- Position the community as a trusted dementia care resource by educating families on care options, safety, and disease progression.
- Collaborate with executive, nursing, and business teams to ensure appropriate placement and smooth admissions, including urgent and hospital-driven transitions.
- Support families through emotional, ethical, and crisis-based decision-making with compassion.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and referral tracking; monitor conversion rates, referral performance, and outreach ROI.
- Support marketing initiatives such as open houses, presentations, and community events.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and provide regular performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing, fair housing laws, and ethical sales practices.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and regional strategy sessions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education | Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related discipline.
- Must demonstrate strong healthcare literacy.
- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare sales.
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing strategies, sales techniques, and CRM or sales tracking systems.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and tactfully with individuals at all levels, including residents, staff, families, external vendors/authorities, and the public.
- Strong attention to detail in writing, proofreading, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating a cooperative, respectful, and compassionate approach to colleagues and resident care.
- Skilled in the use of standard office equipment and technology.
- Maintains professionalism, composure, and a positive attitude when managing challenging situations.
- Physically able to move throughout the workday and lift items up to 10 pounds using safe handling practices.
- May be necessary to assist with resident evacuation during emergency situations.
