Sales Order Processor
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Supervise the entry of orders by the team and from web platforms.
Streamline processes and suggest areas for improvement aimed at improving customer and employee satisfaction and reducing areas of non-quality in processes
Respond to customer requests by email or phone
Guarantee compliance with the pricing policy and margins
Manage relationships with customers and suppliers
Inform customers about the availability of equipment and the conditions of sale.
Manage the monitoring and improvement of internal procedures
Manage the price and discount schedules
Manage outstanding authorized credits
Manage order books in coordination with our customers
Establish dashboards related to commercial activity
Ensure the transversal relationship with other internal departments, including customer credit and customer accounts
