WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As Sales Order Processor, you will be responsible and assisting to process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective communication with various departments to facilitate the order fulfilment process.

  • Responsible for processing purchase and sales orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with company requirements.
  • Monitor order status and communicate with the sales team to clarify order details or resolve any discrepancies.
  • Manage customer requirements to ensure timely product availability and proper delivery arrangements.
  • Monitor order margins and highlight sales team regarding any low-margin orders.
  • Coordinate import shipments by working closely with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure the smooth delivery of goods into Thailand.
  • Arrange and coordinate the distribution of goods upon arrival, liaising with sales teams, warehouses and transport companies for local customer deliveries.
  • Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including warehouse management, supplier delivery monitoring, inventory & stock control in Thailand
  • Liaise with the group logistics or quality team if any issues related to faulty or damaged incoming goods.
  • Support efforts to reduce accounts receivable by monitoring dealer payments, following up with the sales team, and coordinating with the accounting teams for accurate payment allocation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filling of all purchase and sales-related documents.
  • Prepare outstanding orders reports including order volume and estimated delivery timelines to ensure clear communication with the sales team.
  • Prepare monthly stock movement and inventory reports for the accounting teams reconciliation purposes.
  • Coordinate with the 3rd party service providers to obtain the Thailand Industry Standard (TIS) certification for Laundry Equipment
  • Preparing and verify monthly sales commission claims when applicable
  • Create and set up new customer accounts in the system
