Please be informed that we are looking for internal and external candidates for Banking Sales Ops Support Analyst position, grade 9, to be based in Belgrade.

& Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Provides non-customer-facing sales support through the sales process and contract lifecycle management including: Executes manual order entry/support in orders management systems for repeatable orders; Serves as the help line for issues related to the use of orders management system systems or Orders process; Helps sales force with customer data researches; Addresses & verifies configuration issues
• Ensure customer data integrity in NCDM
• Responsible for the resolution for service/ solution issues escalated by sales people, customers or operations by applying independent judgment and expertise.
• Position supports the business division by performing day-to-day operational functions and providing support to sales associates and managers in their revenue generation activities; Responsible for administrating the importation and order follow up; Prepares reports to support Sales and customer’s review

Basic qualifications:
• Needs to be available for US Time Zone ( Last week of the Month)
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Advanced MS Office knowledge with special focus on Excel
• Strong attention to details, excellent organization skills
