TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as key business owner for Salesforce CRM governance, roadmap development, process optimization, and adoption improvement.
  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to improve integration and alignment between Salesforce, SAP, and reporting environments.
  • Translate commercial business needs into scalable system and workflow improvements.
  • Support strategic sales planning activities, including key account process governance, opportunity tracking, project lifecycle visibility, and commercial performance monitoring.
  • Partner closely with Global Account Managers, Distribution Sales teams, Field Application Engineers, and regional sales leadership to improve execution discipline.
  • Support the design and governance of commercial learning paths focused on capability development, learning paths, and strategic skill gap identification.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable enablement initiatives that strengthen commercial execution across the organization.
  • Lead automation initiatives and identify opportunities for implementing sales automation tools.
  • Create mechanisms to track project progress and essential feedback loops to manage risk.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams for the adoption of standard operating procedures and leading workshops for the implementation of continuous improvement systems at multiple manufacturing locations.

Desired Candidate

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Business Operations within a B2B technical manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM governance, process design, and adoption management.
  • Experience with SAP and business intelligence tools ( Power BI, MS 365, TED 2.0,)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple organizational levels.
  • Able to combine strategic process thinking with operational execution.
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability in delivering high-quality outputs
  • Builds effective working relationships and contributes to a collaborative team environment
  • Shows curiosity and a continuous learning mindset
  • Bias for Action that drives ownership, and solves problems to deliver results
