Amazon provides enterprises the opportunity to sell their goods on the Amazon platform worldwide, and more than 2 million Sellers have been using this Marketplace service today. Amazon is developing infrastructure to support this growth around the world, particularly in the booming cross border selling area. Korea SAS-Pro (Strategic Account Services - Pro) is a fast-expanding program aiming at providing Korea-based Seller with professional and value-added services including account management services and consulting services to drive Sellers to maximize their presence and business in Amazon Global marketplaces. Meanwhile to enhance Seller experience and improve the Amazon end customer experience by enabling more selection, better input management and fewer defects in their shopping experience.
In this context, Amazon Korea Global Selling SAS Pro (Strategic Account Services - Pro) team is seeking for an account manager intern who will be working closely with Account Managers and Sellers to monitor and drive business performance, and explore business opportunities and generate strategic solution to drive business growth.

Key job responsibilities
- Support account managers to drive the adoption of key Amazon Global Selling's features and programs, to ensure the best customer and Seller experience on Amazon
- Utilize data analytics tools such as SQL and Microsoft Excel as well as AI to extract raw data, manage dashboards and provide insights.
- Partner with account managers for analysis on Selling Partner’s selection, deal & promotion performances, and advertising strategy to maximize Selling Partner’s growth.
- Initiate a project to increase Selling Partners' sales, such as analyzing category data and product detail pages, extracting insights and suggesting improvements on selling strategy.
- Facilitate and coordinate education seminars and marketing events
- Develop a clear understanding of the Selling on Amazon products along with the features and functionalities

A day in the life
- Analyze Seller performance using SQL queries, QuickSight dashboards, and internal analytics tools to identify growth opportunities across US, EU, and JP Marketplaces.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g. automated insights) to synthesize Seller data, draft strategic recommendations, and accelerate research workflows
- Collaborate on Seller strategy meetings, presenting data-backed insights on selection expansion, advertising optimization (ACOS/ROAS), and logistics (FBA)
- Build and automate; develop dashboards, extract actionable datasets, and model seller growth scenarios
- Own a high-impact project end-to-end; from problem scoping and data extraction to insight delivery and stakeholder presentation

Basic Qualifications


- Currently enrolled in a university.
- Expected graduation in 2027.
- Legally authorized to work full-time in Korea (visa sponsorship is not available for this role).
- Proficiency in both Korean and English is required.
- Applicants must not have restriction of traveling abroad.
- Completed or been waived the mandatory duty from national military service in Korea (if applicable).

- Experience and interest in eCommerce
- Ability to listen to Customers, understand needs, and ask clarifying/probing questions
- Ability to think logically and structure answers
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
