What will you be doing?

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will support clients along the customer lifecycle journey. You will be responsible for carefully monitoring and advancing client sales opportunities through the microsite and Dynamics system, ensuring that opportunities have all the necessary details to move quickly through the commercial pipeline to revenue recognition. You will work cross-functionally to ensure a smooth and error-free order-to-cash flow.

Job Responsibilities

• Track and pursue commercial opportunities to speed them through the pipeline to revenue recognition
• Monitor and remediate aging and stagnant receivables
• Manage of sales mailbox – email communications between Circana and retailer/supplier clients

Requirements

• Creative problem solver with a passion learning new technologies and change management, including getting to the “why” behind problems and solutions
• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years’ experience in sales, customer success, and/or the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry
• Strong oral and written communication skills; keen attention to detail and flawless execution
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Tasks:

• Track and pursue commercial opportunities to speed them through the pipeline to revenue recognition (management of Dynamics CRM pipeline)
• Monitor and remediate aging and stagnant receivables – understand root causes, problem-solve via research/collaboration with cross-functional partners
• Provide CRM service and support to Circana internal clients and cross-functional partners
• Execute standard operating procedures to meet order-to-cash requirements (get opportunities booked, invoiced, collected, cash applied)
• Manage of client mailboxes – email communications between Circana and retailer/supplier clients
• Identify/pursue continuous improvement opportunities across our order-to-cash processes

Required Skills:

• Creative problem solver with a passion learning new technologies and change management, including getting to the “why” behind problems and solutions
• Written and verbal proficiency in English level B2, equivalent or above
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and flawless execution
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Ability to create and document standard operating procedures
• Ability to multi-task and/or balance competing priorities effectively
