Job Title: Sales Opportunity Analytics Intern

Project Title: Opportunity Pipeline Analytics Agent Development

Educational Requirements:

o Currently pursuing a BS/MS in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field (rising junior or above preferred)

o Coursework or hands-on experience with relational databases, data modeling, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) toolsets and Agents

o Proficiency with spreadsheet/low-code tools (Airtable, Excel/Power Query, or similar); exposure to APIs, Python, or automation platforms (Zapier/Make) a plus

  • Interest in B2B sales processes or the semiconductor industry helpful but not required
  • Project Description: Support the Sales team in transforming our existing Airtable opportunity database into a prediction-driven pipeline management system. The intern will consolidate opportunity flag deal risk (stage aging, close-date slippage, forecast accuracy etc..) and build automated workflows that trigger follow-up actions on stalled opportunities and clean up the database. The project includes designing dashboards for management review of Top opportunities by individuals and regions and product lines and integrating AI tools to summarize issues and support needs to prioritize resources. The intern will gain direct exposure to account management, go-to-market analytics in the high-growth RF and Optical semiconductor market.

During the 12 weeks each Intern will:

  • Be given an individual and well-defined project with set outcome goals
  • Gain hands on experience
  • Receive excellent training and ongoing supervision
  • Be invited to attend an intern webinar series
  • Attend networking/social events
  • Attend and present at Poster Session about each Interns project successes and pitfalls
  • Receive formal, written feedback

The Hourly Range for this position is $20 – $47 per hour. Actual salary offered to candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, work location, relevant candidates’ experience, education, and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
