Sales Opertion Specialist

Your role:

  • Lead regional OIT & Sales review and support cadence preparation
  • Deliver insights on risks/opportunities and drive action plans
  • Ensure forecast accuracy and provide segment-level analysis
  • Build SOP and improve sales operation processes
  • Drive CRM data quality and sales process compliance
  • Support performance tracking, dashboard, and reporting
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to support deal execution
  • Lead sales improvement projects

You're the right fit if:

  • 3+ years in Sales Ops / Strategy / Business roles
  • Strong data analytics and business acumen
  • Advanced Excel & PPT; SQL/Tableau preferred
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management ability
  • Fluent in English & Chinese
