Job Description

To support VFQ’s Enterprise Sales team by ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations, high-quality CRM data, and effective system usage across the sales lifecycle. The role focuses on coordinating sales processes, maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform tools, and enabling accurate reporting, forecasting support, and operational efficiency.

The person on the role has to acts as a key enabler between sales teams, operations, and technology functions—ensuring lead-to-order workflows are followed, systems are up to date, and sales teams have reliable data and insights to support B2B customers across corporate, government, and SME segments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate (preferred).

  • Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900).

  • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) – advantage.

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Commercial Operations, or CRM Administration, preferably within B2B, Enterprise, Preferably in Telecom industry.

  • Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or similar CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CRM) in a sales operations or systems coordination role.

  • Experience in pipeline tracking, forecasting support, sales reporting, and CRM data management.

  • Exposure to Power Platform tools (Power Automate and Power BI) for reporting,
