Topcon Europe Medical B.V. is the EMEA headquarters, located in Capelle aan den IJssel, the Netherlands. We are responsible for the distribution, sales, service and development of innovative products across the EMEA region.
As Sales Operations support specialist, you are an important support link within the EMEA Sales Operations team Your primary focus is supporting the day-to-day work of the EMEA sales operations team. You work under the guidance of senior team members and are responsible for accurate, day-to-day operational support, with customer oriented and a continuous improvement mindset.

Cross-functional operational support
Standardization & continuous improvement (supporting role)
SAP implementation & data management support
Support the creation, update and validation of master data and transactional data for the SAP (ByDesign / S/4HANA) implementation
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a hands-on, detail-oriented working style and a strong learning mindset. You are reliable, well organized and enjoy working in a team. You thrive in a structured environment where accuracy matters, and you are eager to further develop your knowledge of ERP systems and business processes. You have qualifications and characteristics such as:
Good working knowledge of English (reading and writing); Dutch/Spanish/Italian/French is a plus
