Job Description
Do you have a passion for building efficient sales operations and delivering delightful customer experiences? Are you energized by managing the details of a product-led sales lifecycle while jumping in to solve customer problems when needed?
We are assembling a team for a brand-new product, and we’re looking for mission driven builders who love small businesses, people who take initiative, move fast, wear many hats, and want to make an outsized impact on a startup product. This role will primarily own sales operations while providing customer service and product support as business needs require.
Why Us?
You’ll join a small, high-impact team at the start of a new product’s journey, surrounded by smart, innovative, caring colleagues who value experimentation, data-driven decisions, and operational excellence. If you want to shape the commercial operating model, improve the customer journey, and help a product-led business scale, this is the place.

Our new cloud-based product helps early-stage growth companies manage core business workflows with an emphasis on simplicity, affordability, speed, and AI assistance.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Advanced English with clear, concise, and empathetic communication, both written and verbal
• Experience in sales operations, revenue operations, SaaS subscriptions, customer support, or a related role
• Understanding of product-led growth models and the customer lifecycle, from prospect and trial through subscription, renewal, cancellation, or refund
• Working knowledge of subscription revenue, forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, payments, and basic accounting concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data into practical recommendations
• Experience maintaining CRM, subscription management, sales automation, or other systems of record
• Ability to analyze pipeline, bookings, revenue, expenses, productivity, conversion, and goal attainment
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and communicate resolutions clearly
• Bias for action and experimentation; able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to document processes and create clear playbooks, reports, and self-service content
• Nice to have: experience with SaaS metrics, pricing analysis, revenue recognition, product analytics, ticketing systems, or small-business financial workflows
We offer:
• The opportunity to define and shape sales operations and customer support practices for a brand-new product
• Ample career opportunities and mentorship, including leadership paths and room to grow as the product and team scale
• Competitive compensation and benefits
• A collaborative culture with approachable leadership and recognition for impact
• Flexible work arrangements subject to local policy and role requirements
Responsibilities:
• Own day-to-day sales operations and the product-led growth sales process across the customer lifecycle
• Manage customer subscriptions, upgrades, renewals, cancellations, and refunds accurately and promptly
• Maintain the internal system of record for prospects, customers, subscriptions, bookings, and revenue
• Track prospects and analyze pipeline health, conversion, customer activity, and sales performance
• Develop regular reporting and forecasts for pipeline, bookings, subscription revenue, sales productivity, expenses, and goal attainment
• Support budgeting, planning, and variance analysis for sales operations
• Manage subscription revenue reporting and partner with accounting to support accurate and timely revenue recognition
• Incorporate customer delivery schedules, subscription changes, and operational developments into revenue forecasts
• Evaluate pricing, product costing, and margin trends to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Maintain and improve CRM, subscription management, sales automation, reporting, and related operational tools
• Identify process gaps and automation opportunities that improve accuracy, efficiency, and the customer experience
• Provide responsive customer service and frontline product support as needed, including troubleshooting invoicing, expenses, payments, reporting, and other core workflows
• Triage and document customer issues, communicate resolutions empathetically, and escalate product defects or high-impact trends with clear reproduction steps
• Create and maintain sales operations procedures, support playbooks, knowledge articles, and self-service resources
• Partner with sales, finance, accounting, product, and engineering to resolve issues and improve the end-to-end customer journey
• Act as a voice of the customer by translating sales and support insights into recommendations for product and operational improvements
• Define, track, and report relevant sales and support KPIs, using insights to drive continuous improvement
• This role is ideal for someone who combines operational discipline and financial acumen with a willingness to provide hands-on customer support and build scalable processes as the product grows
