Sales Operations Support Specialist
Starting Pay Rate: $18-20.60/hr
Location: 110 S 2nd Ave, Yakima, WA 98902
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Operations Support Specialist to support our sales team and help ensure orders are processed accurately and on time. In this role, you'll work closely with customers, sales representatives, suppliers, and internal teams to provide excellent service throughout the order process.
What You'll Do
• Process customer orders and ensure they are completed accurately.
• Respond to customer questions about orders, pricing, products, and deliveries.
• Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
• Work with suppliers and distribution partners to ensure products are delivered on time.
• Help resolve order issues and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate records and review information for accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
• Highschool Diploma or GED (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience. (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems independently.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams).
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
