The Coordinator II – Order Management supports the efficient execution of the Order-to-Cash process by accurately processing a range of standard and moderately complex change orders across various customer segments, including resellers, VARs, OEMs, and direct end-users. This role contributes to operational efficiency, supports sales and fulfillment teams, and helps maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring change order accuracy, timely resolution of issues, and clear cross-functional communication. With growing functional expertise, attention to detail, and analytical skills, the Coordinator II plays a key role in maintaining order integrity and facilitating seamless fulfillment.


Job Responsibilities:

1. Processes all Channel, AC Power and Thermal orders within the required turnaround time of not exceeding 24 hours.

2. Ensures 95% of orders received one (1) hour before the end of shift are touched or reviewed.

3. Validates CPQ quote to ensure accuracy of order versus submitted purchase order.

4. Checks PO according to Vertiv order quality checklist

5. Performs any reporting activity or task assigned by immediate

supervisor as needed, or in fulfillment of and in relation to essential

functions.

6. Performs milestone billing on Project Orders based on assigned

account and processes both standard and auto-config orders across all product lines.

7. Ensures Order-to-Cash processes are completed efficiently.

8. Participates in basic quality check audits to ensure compliance with order entry standards and identifies recurring order entry issues.

9. Coordinates with internal teams or customers to resolve complex issues, order discrepancies, clarifications, etc, for timely resolutions.

10. Reviews and adheres to established Vertiv policies and market memos

11. Provides peer support by sharing best practices with fellow Coordinators.

12. Ensures system and data integrity to drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-year relevant work experience in order management, operations support, customer service or a related function within engineering or manufacturing sectors.
  • Preferably with working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent) and order processing tools.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of Bills of Materials (BOM), configuration management, and change order processes.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to work collaboratively across departments and levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in back-office or shared service environments is advantageous.
