Job Description

We are looking for a colleague to join us as a Sales Ops Support Analyst!

Check out the main duties of the position:
  • Create and process software subscription quotes based on Sales requests and customer requirements
  • Validate pricing, discounts, subscription terms, and supporting documentation to ensure quote accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure compliance with internal pricing policies, approval processes, and contractual guidelines
  • Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies, missing approvals, and other quote-related issues in collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support deal readiness and ensure timely quote submission
  • Maintain high quality and accuracy standards while contributing to process improvements and quoting efficiency

What we expect from you:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Highly organized with multi-threaded tasks
  • Strong follow-up skills (proactive, detailed)
  • Sales support and account maintenance/management skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English language
