The role
The role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support to join our Sales Operation team. Based at our European headquarters in Amsterdam, you will play a pivotal role in supporting all our European markets for all ordering and allocation of vehicles. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This is what you will do:

• Manage vehicle allocation and rematching activities across European markets to ensure optimal inventory utilization and order fulfillment.

• Monitor and support central and NSC stock management, ensuring accurate visibility and availability of vehicles.

• Act as a key contact for NSCs, providing support on product availability, ordering processes, and stock-related inquiries.

• Coordinate vehicle order matching activities to support efficient order-to-delivery operations.

• Support the administration and management of the internal vehicle fleet.

• Collaborate closely with the Logistics team to optimize vehicle transportation planning and truck loading efficiency.

• Provide operational support to local NSCs on country-specific eCOC (Electronic Certificate of Conformity) requirements and processes.

• Contribute to continuous improvements of sales operations processes, systems, and reporting across European markets.
  

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Proven experience with sales processes, dealer operations, and performance management

• Familiarity with CRM systems and automotive sales tools

• Background in data analysis and reporting

• Knowledge of sales funnel analysis and forecasting

• Experience with order-to-delivery and fulfillment processes 2+ years of experience in automotive sales operations (coordinator to specialist level)
